Over the past two weeks the Y10 GCSE Food Tech students have been perfecting the art of making meringue. As an higher level skill in the kitchen this has taken much effort and, today, this was put to the test for the final practical. Whilst there was success for many in the room, Joshua Coward’s food was, according to Mr Deeble - Head of Technology -  “shop quality; it was beautiful". Congratulations Joshua!
