At SJBC, one of our visions is "Fully equipping young people for adult life in a rapidly changing world, preparing them to "Earn Their Own Bread" and National Careers and STEAM week(s) is a great opportunity to do this. 

March is the national month of careers and STEAM. It is the biggest celebration of careers across the UK.  As a school, we are committed to eradicating stereotypes and being advocates for our students’ aspirations as they flourish across each key stage of learning and building their skills. 

We are excited by Careers as it aims to empower students to make informed career decisions by providing resources, guidance, and insights into a wide range of professions.

What are we doing as a school?

• The Talent Foundry – Dell’s Big Ideas Workshop
• The Launch of Mundy Cruising - Compass Project
• Royal Institution of Science
• Bosco Discovery Talks

While enhancing our careers activities, we will continue to embed careers in the curriculum all year round as we support our generation of future leaders.
